Here is a bbq brisket recipe that will warp your lips.............

 

You cook in the oven instead of  the smoker........it is very tender and good.......

Three Day Brisket

This recipe is for a small or medium brisket. A large brisket would need to be cut in half and placed in two baking dishes………
 

First Day……….

Rub meat with 2 tablespoons liquid smoke and 1 tablespoon salt. Wrap in foil (Make sure the lock tabs are in place..haha), place in large baking dish and refrigerate overnight………
 

Second Day………..

Rub meat with 1 tablespoon onion salt and 1 tablespoon salt…………..Rewrap and bake at 300 degrees for five hours…………Refrigerate overnight………
 

Third Day………..

Slice thin …………Cover with barbecue sauce (Recipe below)………..Wrap in foil and bake at 325 degrees for one hour…………serve........wwooooooooooooeeeee, makes a tadpole slap a whale...

 

 

Barbecue Sauce

3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup
3 teaspoons dry mustard
½ cup water
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons melted butter
Pepper to taste
Reserve some of the heated sauce to use when serving………..
